Customers wishing to haul in scrap tires may do so during these hours:
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
West Virginia Tire Disposal also operates a fleet of trucks covering WV and
surrounding states to pickup tires for legal disposal. Trailers are available to spot at
your site to keep scrap tires protected and out of sight prior to delivery to the
disposal area.
This bonded facility is designed to meet current and future disposal needs. Tires
are buried in a lined monofill - designed to protect both the environment and the
public from adverse affects of scrap tires. The monofill design will allow future
retrieval of the buried tires when technology permits efficient recycling markets for
the constituent materials.
